
Sattva Media and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. and Niiti Consulting Pvt. Ltd. are collaborating on a research study to find out how social enterprises attract and retain talent.
“The Talent Pipeline: Building Social Enterprises” study aims to examine the strategies adopted by social enterprises to identify, recruit, manage, and retain talent, including full-time employees and non-traditional human resources such as interns, fellows, part-time or temporary staff. This study is being commissioned as part of a Villgro Innovations Foundation research initiative on Talent Infusion in Social Enterprise, with the support of the International Development Research Centre.
As a starting point, the study is looking to obtain feedback and experiences from entrepreneurs and practitioners in the sector and ecosystem through a survey.
