Our Team

For Deborah there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing the positive outcome of the tasks and projects she takes on. As a team member of Artha Impact since 2011 and a true chameleon, she feels comfortable getting stuck into any of our many diverse activities. Deborah has taken the lead in re-framing and rebranding our Impact for Breakfast network, starting from our online presence to our push for global outreach.

Alexandra has been with the Artha team at Rianta Capital since the beginning of 2021, and is our point of contact for all matters related to our entrepreneur and investor community!

Audrey has been active in impact investing since 2007 and has been a wanna-be techie since 1997. She completed her PhD in technology policy and development and has been thinking about how to intertwine the two ever since.  She is passionate about bringing good people together, and proving that investment in good business(es) is one of the keys to best serving the under-served on this planet.

German by origin, Swiss by choice and numerologist at heart, Claudius deals with the number crunching requirements of our work. With a background in finance and human resources management as well as many years of experience in finance and controlling in different sectors, his responsibilities include the strategic and day-to-day management of our impact portfolio.

Claudius is convinced that there is no such thing as a neutral investment and that measuring an investment’s impact on society will become an integral part of all investment valuations and decisions.
