The Craftsvilla Artisan Fund has been launched by Craftsvilla.com, an online store, to support Indian artisans in obtaining an education, becoming entrepreneurs, and promoting talent. The fund seeks to help artisans, primarily women, in selling the their traditional products and developing their livelihoods. Craftsvilla Artisan Fund is an initiative by Craftsvilla.com to socially help artisans who produce some of the most unique handcrafted products in India and make us proud. These artisans are mostly women, who among other daily chores work day and night to make their living. They need our support so that they can help preserve our culture and tradition which is reflected in their work.
With the aim to promote art and craft in India and to help artisan get better livelihood, we have launched an Artisan Fund which will support education, entrepreneurship and emerging talent among Artisan community.
